This next series builds on the foundations from Program 1, introducing longer sessions and slightly more challenging postures. Move at your own pace, stay connected to your breath, and listen to your body as you continue to grow strength, control, and confidence in your practice.
This session is a 25 minute routine that will get the body warmed up for the day. It will challenge mobility, stability and strength whilst maintaining good breathing mechanics.
Todays session will challenge shoulder strength and stability as well as building balance in the hips and legs.
This session will introduce some foam rolling techniques for the legs with a quick upper back stretch to finish. Foam rolling is a great tool for help relieve tension in the body and to highlight any hot spots.
Your session today will be less intense and more flowing.
