Banana, Honey & Peanut Butter Toast

Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted

1 ripe banana

Honey (to taste)

Peanut butter (to taste)

Sea salt (a pinch)
Directions:

Toast your sourdough until golden and crisp.

Spread a layer of honey on each slice.

Follow with a generous smear of peanut butter.

Slice the banana in half, placing each half on a slice of toast. Mash gently with a fork to spread evenly.

Finish with a light grind of sea salt on top.
